Review into Elements of the Taxation of Employee Share Scheme Arrangements
The Chairman of the Board of Taxation, Mr Dick Warburton AO, today announced that the Board is inviting submissions for its review into elements of the taxation of employee share scheme arrangements.
The review was announced by the Assistant Treasurer on 24 July 2009. The press release announcing the Board’s review and the terms of reference are available on the Assistant Treasurer's website.
